The membership purchased through Cast İstanbul is a digital service; no physical product shipment (courier/mail) is involved. This page explains how and when the service is fulfilled (delivered).
1. Delivery (Fulfillment) Method
The membership service is provided electronically through the Member's platform account upon payment approval. Upon activation, all features included in the membership (profile publishing, media uploading, applying to listings) become available.
2. Delivery (Fulfillment) Timeframe
As soon as the payment is successfully approved by the relevant payment provider (PayTR or 2Checkout / Verifone), the membership is activated automatically and instantly. Under normal circumstances, there is no waiting period.
In very rare cases where an approval delay occurs on the payment provider's end, activation is completed within a few minutes at most once the approval reaches the system.
3. Access and Issue Resolution
If your membership has not been activated despite a completed payment, or if you are unable to access the service, please contact us through the channels below along with your payment confirmation; we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
