1. Basic Characteristics of the Service
The service subject to sale is a digital membership/subscription service that does not include a physical product. Membership includes the possibilities of creating and publishing a profile, uploading media, applying for casting calls, and having the profile viewed by production teams.
2. Price and Payment
The total price of the selected membership plan, including VAT, is clearly displayed on the payment page. Payments within Turkey are processed via PayTR (TRY), and international payments via the secure infrastructure of 2Checkout / Verifone (USD). Card information is not stored by the Seller.
3. Method and Duration of Performance
The service is digital; membership is activated instantly upon payment confirmation. There is no physical delivery.
4. Right of Withdrawal
As the performance of the service begins immediately with the Consumer's explicit consent, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after activation, in accordance with Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation. The Member accepts this by consenting to the immediate commencement of the service during the payment step.
5. Complaints and Objections
The Consumer can submit complaints and objections through the Seller's communication channels; additionally, they can apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within legal monetary limits.
