1. Definitions
Platform: The website and associated services operated by Cast Oyunculuk ve Yapımcılık Film Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Member: Real/legal person registered on the Platform. Content: Photos, videos, text, and other materials uploaded by members.
2. Membership and Account Security
- The Member is obliged to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
- Minors under 18 years of age may only participate with parental/guardian consent and in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Account security (password, etc.) is the responsibility of the Member.
3. Member Obligations
- Uploaded content must belong to the Member or the Member must have the right to publish it.
- Illegal, misleading, obscene, infringing on others' rights, or unauthorized content belonging to third parties cannot be uploaded.
- The Platform cannot be used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
4. Nature of Service
The Platform is an intermediary/showcase service connecting talents with production projects. No guarantee of work, roles, or income is provided. The Seller is not responsible for relationships between Members and third parties (producer, agency, etc.).
5. Intellectual Property
The design, software, brand, and content of the Platform belong to the Seller. Members retain the rights to the content they upload; however, they are deemed to have granted the Seller a limited license to display the content on the platform.
6. Pricing
Some features require a paid membership. Current plans and fees are displayed on the payment page. For payment, cancellation, and refund conditions, please refer to the "Distance Sales Agreement" and "Cancellation, Refund, and Right of Withdrawal" pages.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". The Seller does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service; it cannot be held responsible for problems arising from force majeure or third parties (payment, hosting, etc.).
8. Account Suspension / Termination
Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or closed without prior notice. The Member may request to close their account at any time.
9. Amendments
The Seller reserves the right to make amendments to these terms. The current version comes into effect as soon as it is published on this page.
