1. Processed Personal Data
Identity (name-surname, date of birth), contact (e-mail, phone, address), profile/personal (photo, video, physical characteristics, experience), customer transaction (membership and payment records) and transaction security (IP, log, cookie) data are processed.
2. Processing Purposes
Establishment and performance of the membership agreement, provision of services, payment processes, customer relations and support, sending notifications, fulfillment of legal obligations, and ensuring information security.
3. Legal Grounds
Personal data are processed based on the legal grounds of necessity for the establishment/performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and, when necessary, explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5).
4. Transfer
Data may be shared with payment institutions (PayTR, 2Checkout / Verifone), hosting and notification service providers, strictly limited to the purpose and within the framework of legal regulations; additionally, with authorized public institutions in case of legal obligation. Due to international payment infrastructure, data transfer abroad may occur within the framework of KVKK Art. 9.

Data is collected electronically through membership/application forms, platform usage, cookies, and payment processes.
6. Data Subject's Rights (KVKK Art. 11)
As a personal data owner, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, to request information, to learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, to request correction, deletion/destruction, to learn about third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object to the emergence of a result against you through the analysis of processing exclusively by automatic systems, and to demand compensation for damages.
