This page explains how to delete your Cast İstanbul account and personal data. Account deletion can be performed via the website or the mobile app.
1. Deletion via App / Website
After logging in, follow the steps Profile → Delete Account. Once your request is received, your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days. If you log in again during this period, the deletion request will be cancelled and your account will be restored.
2. Deletion by Request
If you cannot access the app, you may send a "account deletion" request to [email protected] using the e-mail address or phone number registered to your account. Your request will be processed following identity verification.
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your profile, photos and videos,
- Your contact information (name, e-mail, phone),
- Your messages, applications and preferences.
4. Data Retained by Law
Records that are required to be retained under applicable legislation (such as payment/invoice records) will be kept solely to the extent required by that obligation for the relevant statutory retention periods, and will be deleted/anonymised at the end of those periods.
